Summer is almost here and MMCPA committee is getting ready for a fun filled annual picnic and can’t wait to see you all joining us for this wonderful outdoor event.
We have planned exciting games for all age groups, delicious food, enjoyable time in a beautiful state park and surprise gifts are some of the salient features of this picnic.
Event Date: Saturday July 21st, 2018
Event Time: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Event Venue: Gifford Pinchot State Park, 2200 Rosstown Rd, Lewisberry, PA 17339 (Shadyside Pavilion)
Event Activities Schedule: The program on Saturday 07/21/2018 will be from 11am to 5pm as follows:
11 AM – Noon : Welcome
Noon – 1:30 PM: Lunch
1:30 – 4 PM: Games for Adults and kids and other program
4 – 5 PM: Tea and Snacks
5 PM: Disperse
